Sweet Water Bistro

A wonderful spot to dine. Friendly staff, a great view and delicious food. Right now our favorite things on the menu are the salmon and the bouillabaisse. We look forward to ordering other items, but when you know something is so tasty it is hard not to repeat your selection.

We have a B&B in Gibsons, sending as many guests to Sweet Water as possible. The reviews come back simply glowing. From the perfect timing of service, the combination of flavours and the paring of wines. You would do yourself an injustice by passing this place.

Every time we go to Sweet Water, they just gets better and better. We never order a bottle of wine, we simply ask What goes with our meal. That, my friend, is a true restaurant. Try them for a special event or for a impromptu night out , they will not disappoint you.

Probably the best restaurant on the Sunshine Coast right now. Haute cuisine in a relaxed bistro setting with a terrific view.

I love mussels and enjoyed my fill as much as the best anywhere.
