My wife and I decided to pop in for dinner one night wanting to try this place out. After taking a long look at the menu, we decided on a few dishes and requested them more on the mild side. The server's response was a simple no and when we had asked, why not? we were told that these dishes are best enjoyed very spicy. Fair enough. Food arrives and we get a plate full of dried chillies with 6 bite size pieces of chicken buried on there, upon popping one in my mouth my tongue went instantly numb. Now, I eat spicy foods regularly without any problems but this was to the extreme! The rest of the dishes were boring and flavorless. We took one bite of each dish, paid the bill and went to the place across the street for take-out.

Won't be going back anytime soon.

My friend and I had lunch there and it was excellent. Nice Fresh tasty food we enjoyed every bite. The service was good. Thank you Beijing House for your wonderful menu. Very original and spicey too!

This is an amazing restaurant run by the sweetest people. If you want to try something new and please your taste buds...head Beijing House. We didn't understand some of the dishes that were on the menu so Cherry kindly explained all of the ingredients of each dish, shared with us the history of the dishes and even recommended some special dishes that are unique to their restaurant. Way to go Chef Eric...you're the best!!!!!!!

Recently our staff went there for lunch. I had heard mixed reviews but was open to try something new. I thought the food was nice, fresh and tasty. I would definitely go back again, looking forward to it and recommend Beijing House for you to try. We ordered the dinner combo for six and got plenty of food and everyone was very satisfied.

I found the owners to be super people and service was great. Unfortunately the food was not so good. It is a bit different and say it is from Northern China and is the food of the Chinese Emporers. They must have been sick alot I found it had very little to no taste, and would rather a boring Western Chinese dish than any of theirs whatsoever. I was to be blunt almost sick.... so even though they were neat people yo cannot go to a Chinese restaurant because they are nice owners. The place was empty at lunchtime just me and a friend for the whole hour or more we were there. I now know why!!!!!

My husband and I went for a Dim Sum dinner last night May 5/10, we both enjoy Dim Sum a great deal. It was wonderful, lots of flavor, and several item we have never had before this food being from northern china is new to us, we REALLY enjoyed it and have many items to try, can't wait. hope more people come here and enjoy the food and very pleasant owners. thanks for the great service and awesome food,,,,,sounds like a once a week dinner out place for us.
